Terms of service

These terms govern use of Total Commerce Listings (“the app”), provided by Wuva Ltd (“we”). By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

The app lets you define product templates and list stock to your Shopify store from paired handsets. It creates products in your store on your instruction; you remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you list.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly by Shopify in US dollars and appear on your Shopify invoice. Every plan starts with a 14 day free trial. Each plan includes a fixed charge, a number of successful uploads, and a per-upload rate beyond that. Only uploads that successfully create a product are counted. You will never be charged more in a month than the next plan up would have cost for the same usage. You may change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings, which takes you to Shopify’s own plan page.

AI features

AI features (photo studio, suggestions from photos, listing copy and photo quality checks) are optional, off by default, and metered per use at the rates shown in Settings. Their output is a suggestion for your review; you remain responsible for what is published. Photos that cannot be processed are listed as taken and not charged.

Public API

API keys are available on plans that include API access. Keep keys confidential and revoke any you suspect is exposed. Requests are limited to 120 a minute per key. Listings created through the API are billed as uploads in the same way as those from a handset.

Your data

You own your templates, catalogue and listings. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. On uninstall your data is retained for 48 hours, then erased.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Uploads that fail because the service is unavailable are not charged and can be retried.

Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from its use is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
